What are the gate access hours?

6am-11pm 364 days of the year

How do I make payments?

We accept cash, check, and card. You can bring in a payment, mail a payment, make a payment over the phone, set up billpay through your bank, or set up autopay in our onsite office.

How many vehicles can I park in my RV spot?

Two, not to exceed the length of your spot.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of every month and is considered late on the 10th.

How much is the late fee?

The late fee is $10.00 for every day you are late, per unit, until paid in full

Do you provide renters insurance?

No, we do not provide any insurances and we are not held liable for damage done to your property. We recommend that you get, and keep any proper insurances to protect your belongings.  

What if I need to remove my items from storage?

We need you to fill out a 5 day notice form. Download form here.

Does Gateway Storage provide locks?

No, the tenant is responsible to provide their own lock. We do, however, sell Chateau brand locks at the front desk for $12 per lock.
